Welcome to ibrahimharuna.com, my personal website, dedicated to the learning and practice of architecture for the benefit of the up coming generation.

This project is prompted by the lust to share knowledge occasioned by my over 8 years of lecturing in the Department of Architecture, Ahmadu University Zaria, ex-gratia, as a payback to the system that breed me. The experience is so overwhelming that I feel I can even pay to lecture.

Arc. S.S Tulpule, an Associate Professor in the same Department has been pressurizing me to write a book on Professional Practice, the course I am teaching for the benefit of the students and those young architects preparing for the Nigerian Institute of Architects Professional Practice Examinations. He even got to the extent of drafting the Table of Contents, just to make it easy for me to slot my lectures and articles. Time could not permit, but it's easier to drop the 'raw data' on the web for everyone to pick free of charge.

This website therefore will feature my articles, publications, lectures I delivered, and booklists that I read and recommend.
